Do we have to wait on you to see the clinic model?

No. The student clinic one-pager is public. The booking path at /book sells a ticket — date, time, and length only. It is not the live ASMMW calendar. Tours book on the calendar when it is live — we do not email two times back and forth.

Is MEOS only a clinic scheduler?

No. MEOS is the school operating system: enrollment, tuition, calendar, clinic, SOAP, hours, skill sign-off, and state reporting. Student clinic is how most schools start, so they can leave MassageBook while the rest lands on the same record.

Can a clinic client pick their student?

No. They buy a ticket — date, time, and length. Your instructor assigns the student after intake. That is the teaching-clinic rule.

Is SOAP HIPAA-covered?

Usually no for massage student clinic. We still lock signed notes, restrict roles, and keep an audit trail.

What does MEOS replace first?

Student clinic on MassageBook, plus the spreadsheet you use to remember who is enrolled and who paid. Evolve can stay until a later LMS. You keep Stripe and QuickBooks.

Can students pay tuition in MEOS?

Yes. Plans, card charges through Stripe, and manual cash or Zelle against the same balance.

What state report do you generate?

Arizona PPSE annual enrollment is first, because that is the pilot school. Other states follow the schools that buy.

Who is this for?

The owner or director of a U.S. massage school, about 10 to 500 students a year. If you run a franchise spa, you want a spa system. MEOS is for the school that trains those therapists.
