# MEOS — Massage Education Operating System

> The operating system for the school you already run.

MEOS is purpose-built software for U.S. massage therapy schools.
It replaces the stack schools run today: a spa scheduler (MassageBook), a publisher LMS (Evolve), an enrollment spreadsheet, a CRM, a drive of PDFs, and four payment apps.

Student clinic is how most schools start — not the whole product.
Enrollment, tuition, calendar, SOAP, clock hours, skill sign-off, and state reporting sit on the same record.

MEOS is not live at a school yet.
Arizona School of Medical Massage and Wellness (ASMMW) in Peoria, AZ is the pilot we are building with.

## Who it is for

- Owners and directors of state-licensed massage therapy schools (about 10–500 students per year)
- Instructors who assign clinic clients and sign SOAP
- Administrators who track enrollment, tuition, and AZ PPSE reporting

Not for franchise spa operations. Those schools train the therapists; spa chains use spa software.

- Student clinic: spot purchase, intake gate, instructor assignment, SOAP, clinic hours
- Enrollment and tuition: inquiry to enrolled, payment plans, balances
- School calendar: class, clinic, tours; room conflicts block
- Student and instructor homes
- Hours and state reporting (Arizona PPSE first)
- Skill sign-off (competency). MBLEx readiness is later, derived from this data

- Starter: $399/month
- Growth: $799/month (schools running student clinic)
- Enterprise: $1,400/month (more than one campus)
